2018. We offer fully serviced private offices, executive suites, coworking spaces, meeting and
event spaces, and virtual offices across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Our community brings
together freelancers, entrepreneurs, startups, and established businesses in thoughtfully designed
workspaces that encourage productivity, networking, and growth.
We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Private
offices and selected monthly memberships have 24/7 access. Meeting and event rooms can be
booked outside these hours on request.

Yes. You can book your space for a few hours
or a day, and coworking and offices are available on short or long terms.
High-speed Wi-Fi, ergonomic furniture with Herman
Miller Chairs, a fully equipped pantry, in-house specialty coffee, lounges and dining areas,
printing and mail handling, admin and IT support, and invitations to our community events.
Monthly coworking memberships also include meeting room and printing credits.
Yes. A virtual office gives your company a professional
business address, mail handling, call answering and access to our meeting rooms.
No, memberships are for one person. For a
team, we can arrange several memberships or a private office sized to your headcount.
Yes, you can adjust your coworking
membership when your current term ends, moving up to a larger space or scaling back as your
needs change. It is designed to flex with your business rather than hold you to one setup.
Yes. Tell us your team size and requirements and we’ll
put together a tailored package.
Members book through the member portal
(Login on our website). Non-members can book through the enquiry form, by phone or on
WhatsApp. We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, as availability and capacity vary by
room.
Monthly memberships include
meeting room credits. Boardrooms and event spaces may carry an extra charge depending on
your package, and we always confirm the cost before you book.
You can cancel a booking free of charge up to 48 hours
before it starts. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Some memberships require a security deposit. It is fully
refundable at the end of your membership, provided the space is left in good condition.
We offer individual agreements under
special terms, and we can also assist with obtaining or renewing your trade license if you need it.
This makes it easier to get set up even if your paperwork is still in progress.
A copy of your trade licence, and a passport and
Emirates ID copy of the person signing the agreement.
